I have been subscribed to Flagstop for months now. I visited their Midlothian branch for the first time on Sunday 9/24/23. I entered the wash with my paint lifting a little bit on the passenger side behind the driver. I exited with half the paint ripped off of that side of my car. I spoke to their managers and was informed that the lifting of my paint was “previous damage”. So even though my car paint was not ripped before I entered their facility, they are not at fault.
