I didn’t know I had wash points and Shane told me about it. He was very kind and patient. I was able to get an ultimate wash!
I love flag stop it’s fast quick and convenient. And Shane at the kiosk really helped. He explained that I had unused point and rewards and help me claim the next 3 months free. Which I would have never used if he hadn’t taken the time to show me. So thank you. ☺️

Went to this location as the one. Ear my house is closed for renovation. Wash was not good! Sammy at end didn't come down, one of the brushes was inoperable and just dragged over the car, no drying towels at any stations near me and 1 of 2 carts for towels was empty, windows spray bottle was broken. I'd avoid this location as it seems poorly run and operated. Its also tight to turn in to the wash and didn't get the car exterior clean. Towels left a residue on metal and windows. Go to Colonial Heights...they have it together.
