I got my car washed today and it came out dirty, and I pay $27 a month. I want to know how they know what wash I pay for. This time, total disappointment.
I wanted give shout out to Shane for Having exceptional Customer Service skills. I felt welcomed and help with my issue. I will return as a member next time
This review is specifically for the one in Bremuda Crossings, VA ....As a member it is extremely frustrating that they do not manage the vacuum areas. There is rarely any available because they do not stop non-members from using them . So you either get your car washed and wait 20 to 30 minutes or you drive off and get black oily stuff down the side of the car . The vacuums should be gated or managed as well. What i do like is that there are several locations so when traveling you can still use your membership .
Shane told me about all of the points and credit that I had letting me get 3 months free. Awesome!
