I had called sometime last week in regards to the open position, and the gal who answered the phone was absolutely rude, and felt more mentally inclined than I, or something. Either way, if that’s her demeanor answering phones, I wonder how her care truly is. 👎🏼
RecommendedWe continue to be so incredibly impressed with the new administration. While news about the COVID-19 virus is freaking everyone out, I get phone calls from Symphony at Oaklawn about measures to protect my mother and the other residents. The personal touch- and the time it takes for staff to make all these calls- means the world.
I used to work at East Millcreek and cannot say enough good about the community, the staff, and the residents. Absolutely love everything about this cute place and would recommend it to anyone who wants to live or work there. XO
Every time I walk into Caley Ridge, I see residents out and about along with a nice welcome from the concierge. Knowing the value of the professionals on the team in a building, it means a lot to know people like Debbie have been there for such a long while. I have and will continue to send families I know with a need for Assisted Living to Caley Ridge.
I sat and waited for my family member to receive anything that was promised and have never seen such a lack of care before in my life. do not bring your family members near here!!!
RecommendedI just brought my mom to join the beautiful people at Oak Terrace this last Saturday... I just need to say that everyone here was so compassionate to me and my brothers emotions and truly cared about our first impression.
