I’ve never once called a doctor twice and waited on hold for 20 minutes both times and still haven’t got onto someone how are you meant to get medical help
Great service from initial phone call through to arriving at clinic and attending the consultation. All medical staff and receptionists demonstrated excellent work ethics, providing a warm welcome and efficient service throughout. The professionalism, friendliness, and care shown made for a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

Do not recommend. They will perscribe durgs that you shouldnt be taking knowing full well you should take them then tell you only tale them on weekends when the drugs need time to work and you cant just stop taking them. they transcribe you care plan completly inaccuratly. I went from having 3 drinks a week to 3 drinks a day 7 days a week. Previously sent for a nerve injection into the WRONG NERVE Not worth the hassle go to any other doctor
I found my consultation with Dr Hasina quite disappointing. there was no attempt to take a proper medical history or understand child’s concern. I also felt that there was minimal effort to build rapport, which made the interaction feel rushed and impersonal. Overall, the experience did not feel welcoming, and I did not feel encouraged to return as a patient.
