Do not recommend. They will perscribe durgs that you shouldnt be taking knowing full well you should take them then tell you only tale them on weekends when the drugs need time to work and you cant just stop taking them. they transcribe you care plan completly inaccuratly. I went from having 3 drinks a week to 3 drinks a day 7 days a week. Previously sent for a nerve injection into the WRONG NERVE Not worth the hassle go to any other doctor
I found my consultation with Dr Hasina quite disappointing. there was no attempt to take a proper medical history or understand child’s concern. I also felt that there was minimal effort to build rapport, which made the interaction feel rushed and impersonal. Overall, the experience did not feel welcoming, and I did not feel encouraged to return as a patient.
If I could give -100 stars I would! By far the worst doctors I have ever dealt with. The staff are rude, disorganised, and completely dismissive. I waited over an hour past my appointment time just to be rushed through and not taken seriously at all. I have gone to this dr on and off again for the last 5 years when my other dr was unavailable and every single time have been disappointed. When I have gone for myself, the drs brushed me off and were of very little help for diagnosis, from my PCOS pain to heart health and the wait times are ridiculous at least 45 minutes to 1.5hrs wait to see a doctor is unacceptable. I booked in for a skin check & waited nearly 45 minutes to see the dr. I fully expected the check to take about 30 minutes but within 5 minutes it was all over& I was out the door! Will definitely not be going back there. The receptionist was lovely.....she'd do well somewhere that appreciated her!
