Front Desk Clerk is rude and reading the other comments its a mystery on how she isnt fired yet. No one should be rude and mad this early in the morning. She’s gonna catch the right one on the wrong day.
Best place to deliver checked in 6am for 8am appointment got door 🚪 right way , 40min to 1Hr to get unloaded 🕗 , but before y’all come and attack my sister (the lady at the window 🪟) just know she just doing her job , so make sure before you get you know what time and day is your appointment 📅 make sure you have it, as I driver I know we just want get empty or loaded and get out but some shippers and receivers are different 🏋️🏃🏃🏃🏃
On the front desk lady was so rude
This place is good to park your truck but the lady just waste my 5 hours just to confirmed when was my appointment and they gave me dock after 5 hours checking lady is not good so be prepared your self before coming here
lady front of desk is rude and disrespectful my appointment was 7 but she said go out and check your appointment time I don’t know why there is not good management I saw everybody write bad reviews about her but she still continues
