Moved into the place back in Nov and was happy with the price of rent and area. Since I've moved in the dishwasher doesn't work, there are missing covers for electrical, crack in the toilet that has caused a leak and a crack near the bottom of the toilet, and missing shelves in the fridge. I've put in multiple service request and nothing has been done at all. When reaching out it the same song of lies. Update: Toilet was "fixed" and proceeded to leak again. I applied for residence yesterday, and admittedly while I haven’t got back yet on approval. Shout out to the girl at the front desk Cynthia. I was running into trouble left and right with my phone, was blasting her with questions; and throughout it she was so patient and helpful, even stayed a few minutes past when she was off to help. Definitely one of the easier places I’ve applied to
