I was a resident here with a roomate, and we had the worst experience ever! Since the second we moved in we had cockroach problems all the way until the end of the lease. We have requested numerous times to have the pests under control but always a “we will have them there today” and never showing up. It’s already bad that they charge you for pest control as a fee, and yet can’t even come in and actually deal with the cockroaches? But that wasn’t the worst part. My son lives here, nice apartments and seems quiet enough, it's real close to the 60 but he has had problems at times with management and maintenance quite a bit in the couple years he's been there ☹️
