I've been living here for about a year now, and Esmeralda has been great! She's super helpful and always quick to take care of any maintenance issues. I've had a couple of big ones come up, and she made sure everything got handled fast and smoothly. The maintenance team is great too. Always friendly and respectful. One time my DoorDash order got dropped off while I was on a work call, and one of the maintenance guys actually brought it inside for me and let me know it was there. I’ve been living here for a few years now. I can definitely say there has been noticeable efforts at improving the property over the last couple years. More so this year than anything. Also, the office staff has gotten significantly better! Esmeralda has helped me many times both with a new lease and day to day resident tasks and she always goes above and beyond. I had issues with a package in the parcel locker and she even went out of her way and opened every locker to help me find my lost package. She is a huge asset to Av... read more
