My mortgage got transferred to this bank. Within a few days I got a letter requesting for insurance info. Worse part they don't even have an upload process thru website. Asking to send by postal mail. They could have collected from the previous servicer. Very antiquated organization. Customer service is extremely poor. It took me 30 mins to reach a customer service rep.
DO NOT BANK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Every year they will bleed you for escrow shortage!! They’re (analytic) team or whatever they are miss it every year and you have to pay out of pocket tons of money . Refinance and go to a bank that cares for customers and knows the number!!!!
Beyond terrible....Run while you still can. Horrible customer service and zero follow through. They will provide a millions ways for you pay them, but getting your escrow refund after payoff has been +2 months of excuses and run-around.
Will never do business again --Hope you don't need a payoff What a Joke
