Poor customer service and never follow up on their word. Have been trying to get refunded for an appraisal fee that WE paid for over a year ago. We were charged an appraisal fee though we paid for it out of pocket. Now over a year later it is still on our mortgage statement. We have been told multiple times it will be taken care of but it seems no one cares at Flagstar. Do not recommend, there are other Banks or Credit Unions that provide better service.
