I would not recommend working with Jerad Kinney or his team. We closed on a house with Jerad and attempted to Re-Fi. Here is our experience for both occurrences: - Closing: The paperwork that Jerad sent over was consistently incorrect. I had to read through the documents with a fine-tooth comb and request specific updates to be made, which he promised would be fixed, but rarely were.
