Well as everyone else’s reviews stated my loan got sold to them, so no choice in the matter… I have yet to find a phone number that allows me to talk to a person. On two separate events I called and waited on the line for over an hour only to have the phone line picked up and hung up on! I was wanting to discuss an Equity line of credit but never talked to anyone guess they don’t want the business.
Unfortunately, I have to give this place a 1 star. However, they deserve 0. Our loan was bought by these “bank”, so we had no choice. Thankfully, our loan was transferred/bought by another bank and I cannot express how relieved I was. The new bank that now holds our loan found almost $10,000 of overpayment to our escrow account. Not to mention that when they took over our mortgage payment had gone up by almost $500. Horrible customer service. nobody would listen To my concerns. takes forever for them to process a check to which they would get kicked back half the time and Then I would be put on probation. when I called to inquire what the problem was. I was treated sarcastically with a very rude customer service person and there was no department to submit a complaint to. They only would put you in circles talking to people who are just agitated. I had to refinance my home because they were so difficult to deal with.
This is just a terrible company. Avoid if you can.
Worst loan service provider I've used hands down. Can no longer log into my account and says my email isn't on file anymore. If I had any say in who serviced my loan I would choose anyone else. Horrible user experience.
