Horrible customer service. nobody would listen To my concerns. takes forever for them to process a check to which they would get kicked back half the time and Then I would be put on probation. when I called to inquire what the problem was. I was treated sarcastically with a very rude customer service person and there was no department to submit a complaint to. They only would put you in circles talking to people who are just agitated. I had to refinance my home because they were so difficult to deal with.
This is just a terrible company. Avoid if you can.
Worst loan service provider I've used hands down. Can no longer log into my account and says my email isn't on file anymore. If I had any say in who serviced my loan I would choose anyone else. Horrible user experience.
There is a national FEMA forbearance on our house due to it being destroyed by Helene/Milton until the end of the year and these scum suckers still continue to call me multiple times a week telling me I owe them money and trying to collect. It's TOTAL HARRASMENT. Is this really who you want to do business with?
The Worst mortgage company ever!!! Costumer service is a joke. They tell you anything to complete the call. I wish no stars was an option!!! 👎🏽
