I have been trying for almost 5 months to get a check back to fix my roof. They give me misleading information and leave out parts of what I need then prolong the process. I have yet to get the check back to fix the issue or to get to talk to someone who can. They have the worst customer service of any place I have spoken with. The process is drawn out and obviously flawed!
They offered me alone they gave me a good interest rate and I can easily pay my mortgage payments on their website The only problem I had was the tons of paperwork at closing
Would give them a lower score if possible. Absolute Garbage Customer Service and they could care less about the customer you are just a number with no meaning to them. Would not recommend their loan service or banking to ANYONE.
Amazing financed a boat with Flagstar a year ago while at my new job for 3 months (same job same industry just different company been with the other company over 18 years) and was approved. Roll the clock forward a year traded old boat for new one and no approval, reason why? Time on job, really year later and I am at my current job to short of a period. Who makes these decisions?
This lender will not allow you to remove private mortgage insurance (PMI) once you reach 80% LTV. A representative informed me the insurance would be a required payment for the life of the loan. Considering I have 25 years left, that will be an additional $28,500. I have other mortgages that permitted the removal without issue, once the requirements were met.
