Easily one of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with, the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful but the website and the app are terrible and very underdeveloped. Good luck even trying to log in half the time. Nearly to the point of closing my account strictly based off of the mobile banking app.
Great team that works here, never had a problem they couldn't resolve an they go that extra mile to make things happen!
By far the worst
I don’t live in Hillsdale but I pass by here everyday for work. Everyone at this location are always so kind but I came to leave a review specifically for Heather. She has helped me twice tremendously with unexpected issues I was having and I just truly appreciate her beyond words. 10/10 because of Heather.
