I would like this review to be seen as an A+ grade for Pashke Lluligjuraj (Pash). My husband passed away early in September this year. Repeatedly fail to follow through on issues: 1. Their system was down and failed to process three different auto checks. They then tried to blame all three DIFFERENT merchants. Daniel promised to call me back same day and failed to do so. 2. Their ATM was not working properly and ate my atm card the night before thanksgiving. How do you not inform customers of a major outage? Phones down? Direct Deposits stopped? What is going on? Having to ask questions on Google maps is ridiculous. Time to find a new bank.
