They received funds one day after the 10-day payoff notice letter, and because of that one single day this bank is still trying to chase me down for like $250 bucks, And this is EXACTLY why my next mortgage will be at Navy Federal Credit Union or USAA.
Phenomenal customer service at this location! They are quick, efficient and friendly. Happy to have this location downtown
There is a video of the manager of this bank online where she decided to call the cops on people filming from the PUBLIC sidewalk. They were kind enough to tell the manager that her employee WAS NOT PROTECTING their customers information as she had her computer screen facing the sidewalk for EVERYONE walking by to see and rather than saying thank you for pointing out our incompetence she calls the cops. Run from this bank as they put no importance into the protection of your information.

This is the clown branch. These tellers screwed up my transaction once each!! The manager screwed it up as well , one of the tellers told me that the manager does not have knowledge of how to do day to day operations! Horrible branch. Horrible service!
