Mgmt/Teller(s), tend to get too personal. I've been asked where do I work!?. I truly almost asked WHY!?. Am I renting or buying!?.🤔 Now that could have been a prompt for a service they offer. But Let the Customer bring that up!!??. I'm on the fence about this branch!!!. Especially one in new mgmt. Seems she hasn't a CLUE!!!.
Every time I go there the staff are eager to help in whatever I need. Keep up the good work, I’ll continue to do business with you.
The service is top notch. They make you feel like family, you are never rush. They actually remember my name, and care abt wats going on with you. No other bank has made me feel like a person and not just a number. If I could really rate the service, it would be Flagstar wins hands down. #Iloveflagstar
Customer service is horrible they give out wrong information. Wasting folks time.
