Pleasant staff but extremely slow and frankly do not know enough about banking to be handling accounts. It took 1.5 hours to complete a proof of funds statement and they asked me to google bank terms they did not understand. I will not go back to that location.
Slowest bank I've ever had the pleasure of waiting in.
They are so Professional and very nice.
