The absolute nicest, most helpful people in a bank that I’ve ever encountered, hands down.
I’m personally acquainted with the manager of this branch, he is an outstanding person, and runs his branch the same way!
I am very unhappy with the service I’ve had here in regards to misplacing my debit card. Three weeks and I haven’t received it, one came incorrectly in the name of one of my other family members. Had to reissue in my name and now wait another 2-3 weeks. Representative did not even try to expedite it, because it would cost the company money. Has inflicted a great amount of stress and inconvenience on my life.
