Worst customer service I ever experienced from the branch manager the Arab lady with the real bad attitude I literally closed my account and now with chase because of her!!!!!!!
I received advise that saved me a $50 wire transfer fee. I was under the impressing I could ACH transfer from my account to a sellers account. The amount was more than Zelle could handle. I was told that if I simply withdraw the money in the form of a cashiers check and take it the the sellers bank which we knew to be nearby, I could avoid the $50 fee. In a world where it seems corporations will do anything to make a buck, Flagstar was not eager to sell me something I didn't need. Thank you for acting in my best interests.
Worst customer service ever the branch manager was rude and racist for no reason when I did business there often never again my family and friends had several accounts with Flagstar every who banks here should go where they are treated with respect it’s not Flagstar Dearborn Heights
