Worst customer service ever the branch manager was rude and racist for no reason when I did business there often never again my family and friends had several accounts with Flagstar every who banks here should go where they are treated with respect it’s not Flagstar Dearborn Heights
This flagstar is the most unhelpful branch I have ever run across. As my fiancee and I have been using the bank. After recent interactions we will be switching. After speaking with the branch manager to try and get a debit card that should have arrived in 7-10 business days. The branch manager herself apparently out in the request that after two weeks when we called to see where it was. The order hadn't even been placed.
