Terrible bank
Maureen was the real MVP today. I was having issues with my debit card for an unknown reason, and she went out of her way to look into it and call me back. It was kind of a one-off, weird thing that sorted itself out, but I appreciated her taking the time to investigate the problem and get back to me. She also gave me some very appreciated advice and a Christmas movie recommendation that I won’t soon forget about. Thanks, Maureen!
