Terrible service from a banker by the name of Sheri. Walked in was 45 minutes until close to deal with a compromised business account and was told I would have to come back tomorrow because the other banker was busy with one customer and had one behind In front of, while she sat at her desk, not helping any customers. Dillon was great. Found another close branch to help service my needs. Will not be going back because of her lack of leadership.
I had a terrible service by the banker today . I told her that I wasnt happy with the service so she know that hurted me... Intead of telling me I am sorry ,she moved the blame on me and was even more rude due to my honesty.
Carrie and her team are phenomenal! She made setup quick and easy. A true value add and a great reminder why it pays to work with your local bank.
Total shoutout to Carrie Curnow and Gina Ianitelli who really turned around my experience. After HORRIBLE online experience with FS on a couple of occasions I decided to show up in person - and I was loaded for bear. I had my mother with me who uses a walker. Struggling up the four steps outside the office a woman (who turned out to be Carrie) came rushing out to help me get Mom situated.
