Took my cash and identification and made me sit with no response for 34 minutes and then sent my things back with no deposit because “lobby had people” My main branch in westland closed yesterday so my search continues
Terrible service from a banker by the name of Sheri. Walked in was 45 minutes until close to deal with a compromised business account and was told I would have to come back tomorrow because the other banker was busy with one customer and had one behind In front of, while she sat at her desk, not helping any customers. Dillon was great. Found another close branch to help service my needs. Will not be going back because of her lack of leadership.
