We spent a couple of weeks gathering bids from various roofers across N. AZ. We were immediately impressed by Northern Arizona Building and Investments. We called and they came out same day to evaluate the roof. Out of all of the bids (5+), they were the only company to fully itemize their invoice and be able to openly discuss all of the items we wanted addressed on the house, which included framing (note: the majority of the other companies required a separate bid for that work).
