This might be the most inconsistent, unreliable, and incompetent company I have ever worked with. The quote we got for Milgard windows was great, and the quote was confirmed and an install date setup. Chase and another worker came to install the windows. They removed the old windows and put the new windows in. After they where all installed I noticed they where not Milgard! I called Correy and he said that these were better. To start with I hate doing this. Threats of doing it have not gotten results. I've been reasonable and over accomodating. I have had a run around and when I can in touch with Chase or Cory they promise they can get something scheduled for install but need to look at their schedule and call me back. yer beware! This company does not live up to promises and swindled me out of my money! Ordered the wrong windows, didn’t follow up until it was too late and never returned my deposit, just kept the money and do not respond at all to my repeated requests for this. There are other, more reputable companies (and cheaper as well) you can work with. Avoid Flagstaff Windows at all costs!
Flagstaff Windows replaced my windows in our house and the difference is astounding! My new milgard fiberglass windows look sooo much better than the old aluminum windows. If anyone is ever looking for a window replacement company in Flagstaff there is no better company than Flagstaff Windows!
PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! These guys will take your money and run! We paid them a 50% deposit on some windows last year and was promised multiple times that they'd be out to install as soon as the windows came in, all lies. We stopped hearing from them completely a couple months ago. They no longer return texts/calls, absolute thieves. I have the receipts and pics of texts that I can easily upload if anyone is questioning my review. Just look at the last couple reviews, if they weren't true, why wouldn't the owners dispute what is... read more
