This might be the most inconsistent, unreliable, and incompetent company I have ever worked with. The quote we got for Milgard windows was great, and the quote was confirmed and an install date setup. Chase and another worker came to install the windows. 5 months after 13K deposit no communication the last 7 weeks with multiple attempts to contact them. Called Milgard and had them find the quote in their system and confirmed they never received the final order from them. So they have been lying to me saying Milgard is delayed but they never put the order in. Filing a claim on their ROC and also charging my card back and taking legal action
Flagstaff windows installed my Bifold sliding glass door. I wanted something to open up our kitchen and they brought my idea to life! We had some issues with the manufacture Pella but we were able to resolve them quickly!
