To start with I hate doing this. Threats of doing it have not gotten results. I've been reasonable and over accomodating. I have had a run around and when I can in touch with Chase or Cory they promise they can get something scheduled for install but need to look at their schedule and call me back. The estimate for 3 Pella Impervia windows was made in early September and down payment was made 09.10.25. Its been 4 months and I'm still getting the run around. 5 months after 13K deposit no communication the last 7 weeks with multiple attempts to contact them. Called Milgard and had them find the quote in their system and confirmed they never received the final order from them. So they have been lying to me saying Milgard is delayed but they never put the order in. Filing a claim on their ROC and also charging my card back and taking legal action
Flagstaff Windows replaced my windows in our house and the difference is astounding! My new milgard fiberglass windows look sooo much better than the old aluminum windows. If anyone is ever looking for a window replacement company in Flagstaff there is no better company than Flagstaff Windows!
Flagstaff windows installed my Bifold sliding glass door. I wanted something to open up our kitchen and they brought my idea to life! We had some issues with the manufacture Pella but we were able to resolve them quickly!
