"Front Staff" needs to be trained to recite the Veterans suicide hotline information after talking to anyone, because they really go out of their way to make you feel like walking in front of the train.
Good business for an American company. I live out of the country because of political reasons, and the quality is impeccable. God help the USA. I know most people never leave the USA, but there is an amazing world out there....it would open your eyes.They took care of my Mia.
I get scheduled so far out and then rescheduled further out that I completely forget about my appointments. It wastes everybody's time. Yours, mine, other vets that could have been seen. I have a jumbled up mind which does not help but the va doesn't properly medicate us so I don't bother trying to get help for mental stuff. I just keep going trying not to snap on people. "Here's a antihistamine for your anxiety problems and fits of rage."
If not picking up the phone was a sport, these guys would go pro. Other than that it's been good.
I just moved here from Phoenix so I went in to transfer care and establish my primary care. Well the receptionist gave me a phone number to call instead. I now have left two voicemails over the last three weeks and no one has called me back. This is just one of the reasons veterans don’t receive proper medical care.
