Shannon i want to say Thank you for how you handled me today. You calmed me down and I was very hyper focused on myself and my issues. I fear I might have made you uncomfortable with some comments that I didn't mean to be intentionally harmful. If I made you uncomfortable in anyway I am sorry, but I am also Thankful you were the person I first talked too. I appreciate the kindness and patience you showed me seriously.
Its extremely hard to get better at the va. The bottom line is saving money, not your health. Example. Go to dermatology, let them know the medication the "va" wanted me to try first before a different medication wasnt working that great. The va then suggests a prehistoric drug that i already tried 7 yrs prior thats in a lower class. They dont bother researching, looking at your charts, nothing. Save, save, save. This is by far the worst VA i’ve been to and i’ve been to several. They lack basic communication skills and pass everything off to the Prescott VA because they’re incapable of doing much beyond basic physicals and blood work. It’s a clinic filled with incompetent nurses who don’t really know much at all. They also never answer the phone and call back only when it's convenient for them, super annoying. Don’t waste your time going.
DONT JOIN THE MILITARY. THESE PEOPLE WONT SEE YOU WHEN YOU NEED A DOCTOR.
