Last year, a guy ran a red light and hit me and totaled my car that I only bought 4 months earlier! Little did I know the downward spiral. My finances were messed up. I came to Nissan - Subaru with the idea I was just going to be laughed out the door. Ashlee was amazing. I test drove a sedan and it wasn't for me. We had a very good shopping experience at the dealership. We were not pressured into buying any vehicle. In fact, my son had test drove three vehicles before he made his final decision. The process was quite painless and enjoyable.
These people completely scammed my daughter who is a college student in Flagstaff they spot delivered the car called and told her they had the loan she filled all the paper work out only a week later to have them try and get her to sign new loan documents and then forced her to return the car. Paperwork is being filed with the States Attorneys office as I write this. These people are complete crooks buyer beware!!!
Our Nissan 'died' on I-17 coming up from Phoenix at Schnebley Hill Road. After we were towed to Nissan in Flagstaff, we felt right away that we were in good honest capable hands, and left our car there for 5 days as we rented a car and went on our way to Antelope Canyon. Corey and others were excellent in communication with us; if we lived in Flagstaff THAT is where we could go for our service. Tony and Carrie Q
