Beware...have $100 credit, but when we called AND while selling no one explained the 50% credit 50% cash. When going to use the credit, we were told... "our bad, the sign used to be on the counter...sorry". So we paid $$ for some used knee pads...when we had credit. Could have donated our things and had a nice write off.

I love this place! I always find excellent gear at an even better price!
I have found some real gems at this store, and also items that other shops don't typically carry (for example, good quality toddler size waterproof snow gloves in the month of March...which, sometimes you need in Flagstaff). I love the idea of recycling/reusing sports gear, the location of the store, and the fact that it has off-street parking! My experience with their customer service has been excellent, and the store credit/consignment policy was explained in detail. This is the first place I visit now when I need anything... read more
