I had an excellent time win or lose in this casino. I found the entire Navajo Nation to be friendly and welcoming. Blackjack crowd was also pleasant, down to earth and not stuck up like people here in the east coast; Dealers were really great. Did not enjoy the electronic craps: The dice are just too big to be realistic lol; Did enjoy Roulette. I will def. be back when I swing back around that way.

Was crowded on the dance floor, crowded in the lobby, crowded in the parking lot...fireworks were a ok!

The fire works was excellent. But the arts and crafts and expedition pow wow was poor. Due to no room to walk and not safe go inside over crowd

I lovebthis place i go here almost everyday w/ my mom and i love the arcade as well
The hotel room had a weird smell, the power was shut off, the pool was dirty and smelled like urine, and the hotel clerk was very rude as well as the players club representative. Won't stay here again or play at the casino.

This hotel/casino is reasonably new, modern and very nice. Parking was very ample and fairly close by. Hotel staff members were all kind and courteous. We did not gamble so we cannot rate the casino portion. Our room was nicely sized with a large bathroom featuring a double sink vanity and large roomy shower. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. On the negative side, you are isolated from humanity at this hotel as it is about 22 miles from the nearest city, Flagstaff, so there is nothing else to do nearby. We did no... read more
I think the Casino was very nice, and clean, but the staff needs a little more training. Not one person at the valet asked if they could park our car, so we did it. Finally one person said hello as we were walking in to check in. When staff saw you they did not speak to you unless you spoke first, things like that. So if you want to go gamble and that is your main goal you are good to go
