nice place BEAUTIFUL rooms slots are tight but nice comfortable rooms
We had a reservation for Friday night 2-15-19. My daughter and I were there for the Thunder Down Under show. We arrived around 3:30 pm and checked in. When we got to our room the keys we were given did not work. We went back to the desk and tried to have them reprogrammed, however they sent housekeeping to use a master key to open the door. It's a fun and gorgeous place to be. No need to wait on a beverage person to bring you a drink. You can go get it yourself. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and they constantly stopped by to see if you needed anything.
Very clean. Nice people. Plenty of parking. Good food.

The Buffet Line Cook needs to have more hospitality towards the patrons. Don't have an attitude when asked for something. He is short tempered n abrupt with his elderly customers. My Mother-n-law asked for a prime rib to be cooked well done an he rudely replied i don't speak navajo. I translated for her and he again said rudely it'll be rdy in 5mins. Came back 5mins later n again he rudely replied "Its not 5mins yet, its only been 2mins" So my wife went up the second timeand told him that he needs better Customer skills an i... read more
