Did you know that when someone calls & gets the address wrong that Unisource won’t call you to confirm or attempt to contact you in any way? Also you’re still on the hook for the bill that you didn’t have information about. Have they ever told you that? Also, they have the worst customer service. The people can’t actually help you, refuse to admit that the company made an error & refuses to give answers or be reasonable about their policies.
