This is the absolute BEST mechanic shop around! Our car broke down driving through the mountains and we had to get towed down to Flagstaff, and this was the only shop to even look our way. They gave us priority since we were stranded, found the problem immediately, and fixed it quickly. Thank you to Riley, Matt, Anthony, and Nolan! You guys rock! Thank you so, so much for taking us on such short notice and being so kind!!!
We are SOOO very grateful to have this mechanic shop in flagstaff. We were driving home and broke down about an hour from flagstaff, so we were towed there. No other mechanics could get us in for a week, but they took us early and made sure to move all their other appointments back since we were stranded. They were so kind to our mom when she went to get the car fixed, and it was very cheap! Specifically Riley, Matt, Anthony, and Nolan were TERRIFIC and we are so grateful to them!
I had a dead battery in my camper van at a disbursed camping area. It wouldn’t jump. A very nice young mechanic was at my van in an hour with a new battery and installed it quick! Great service!
On a weekend holiday, they came through. Thanks Barb & Matt!
