The past weekend, during our Christmas vacations, I had a “break down” on my f150. Called, took it in and they quoted $1800 for valve cover gaskets and seals and water pump replacement. Water pump was alright, very small leak, but the major issue was the spark plug coil seals. Had some oil leaking from 3 of them. With the quote they gave me they said they would replace seals and gaskets on both valve covers, replace spark coils and spark plugs. Well, they didn’t replace anything. I went here to get an oil change, asked for conventional cause my van is a 93. Cost $90 and when I said something about it the lady at the front desk (the owner I think) started screaming at me. Obviously I yelled back because how are you gonna rip me off and then scream at me? I paid eventually but don't waste your time here, any other shop is worth the wait compared to this place. The owner seems to love commenting childish things on their reviews, let that speak for itself.

I see their company truck rolling coal all over Flagstaff - it's terrible for their engine, the environment, and it's toxic and illegal for a reason - not to mention it is really AWFUL to drive behind a huge plume of black exhaust. A real testament to their inconsideration towards others on the road and it feels like, as a mechanic, they could work on whatever is causing such huge clouds of black, dense exhaust. This has been one of the most honest auto shops I've ever been to, which is rare these days. My 2003 VW Beetle was having issues for over 1 month and it was difficult for the mechanics to pinpoint the issue. The owner was super honest and did not continue to throw parts at the issue. Rather, he reached out to a neighboring shop who works on VW more often but his team was able to figure out the issue before needing to transfer my car there. I highly recommend this shop and will continue seeking maintenance for my vehicle here... read more
