Manager who didn’t manage anything
We came to gaming and it was closing time and we asked for water 15 minutes before the venue closes. Worst venue customer service wise need to hire better staff with RSA knowledge and who have RP training .
We should be able to get water before bar closes. Staffs are definitely lacking proper RSA and RP practices . Need proper training and some trial shifts so they are ready to serve customer
I was here with friends and playing pokies and asked them for a glass of water and the staff said the bar is closed and didn’t even offered us a glass of water that’s the worst place I have ever been too will never be back
