Harrison provided excellent repair service when several components of the gas fireplace in my elderly mother's home were malfunctioning. The pilot light would not stay lit. The fireplace had been installed over 15 years ago when the home was built and it had been recently cleaned. Harrison ordered a replacement part which was delayed due to heavy snow in early March. One of the best experiences I've ever had and so happy I found my old serviceman!!! Called this company because the company I used last year let go their only courteous and amazing serviceman who serviced my gas stove, fireplace and wood burning stove last year.
