Dr. Leindecker and her staff were great to work with through the root canal process, clear and concise about what was going on and my options. A week after the surgery and the tooth is showing no more symptoms. Thanks for the great service and human presence through the procedure!
A highly experienced, professional, and compassionate care team. I had Dr. Leiendecker for an emergency root canal and she was able to provide definitive care on very short notice. Usually don't write reviews, but have to express my gratitude... I suddenly had excruciating pain in my tooth but my root canal was not scheduled until the following week. I called the office to get the soonest available and they scheduled me for the next day. And when I could not stand it any longer, I called again and they graciously fit me in later that day. The overall experience at Flagstaff Endodontics was exceptional. Dr Alaina Leiendecker, the root canal specialist, did a fantastic job restoring my teeth and saving them from extraction. The two root canals that had served me well for 10 years had suddenly become painful, but Dr Leiendecker was able to alleviate the pain and restore them to their previous functionality. Wow! So, I’m one of those dentalphobes that terrified of these visits especially for a root canal, right?!? Well I had this procedure yesterday (8/9) and I can’t say enough about their staff responsiveness, patient caring and focus on dealing with my phobia. The entire experience was damned near pleasant considering my anxiety. I experienced no pain whatsoever and left there so grateful and appreciative for their professionalism.
