I was able to get in right away for an emergency procedure. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The procedure was quick and there was no issues.
Changing dentists is, I find, a bit freighting. I was put at easy from the moment I entered the practice and was welcomed by my first name. I was called back and in a chair within minutes of my scheduled appointment. They knew my dental concerns and handled them directly. From the front desk to the dental assistant and the dentist, professional and fantastic!
Dr. Stowell is very friendly & cares about patients. Angelina is professional and friendly. Angelina is the best hygienist I ever had. I always have a great experience with Flagstaff dental. I enjoyed every visit.
Wonderful care, and competent staff. However, one practice should be stopped-taking clients blood pressure. There is no way to get an accurate reading when someone is at the dentist, for Pete’s sake. You are dental experts, not general practitioners or circulatory physicians. However, you can frighten a client unnecessarily by continuing this practice, which is doing harm.
