I requested information on the website for Misha Luther , simply are sessions video or in office and do you accept Medicare and Supplemental insurance ! Over two weeks ago , never got a response ! Very Unprofessional!

Made an intake appointment for 2 pm on 10/2. At 10 am on 10/2, I got an email from the person I was scheduled to see, telling me that she had to cancel because she "didn't realize" that she could not fit another patient into her schedule. Nice to get so much advance notice, eh? Of course, if it were the other way around - if I had cancelled with four hours notice - I'm certain I would have been billed for it...
Had to change my first review since I was in such a bad place but these people were great. They were thoughtful and genuinely seemed to care. Be cautious with our initial reviews since we are in such a negative space. I can't be thankful enough for these folks.
