Tec JT was. very conciencious and made necessary repairs to our water condensate drain line to prevent future damage to the burners and heat exchanger.
Excellent job. Excellent service. Neat and very knowledgeable. Could have gotten it done cheaper but glad I didn't. Highly recommended.

I had Steve at Flagstaff Comfort Systems do some service work on a very old AC unit and he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and reasonably priced. We discussed installing a new unit and the price was great. The job was done professionally and quickly! We are now discussing options for new furnaces in a 10 unit apartment building I own and I'm looking forward to working with FCS again. I have no doubt the job will be done right.
Steve is amazing!! He bailed us out of a difficult situation. I was out of town on a business trip and my wife and daughter were stuck at home with no heat and over three feet of snow on the ground. Steve responded to our emergency quickly and provided clear feedback on what caused the problem and ways to prevent it from occurring again. He went above and beyond and I happily recommend him.
