Got into my first accident where the liable party sideswiped me, had no idea what to do, where to start. My dad who is mechanic mentioned Flagstaff Collision Center, and I am so glad I went with them. I was working with Freedom, and she was super helpful, knowledgable, and answered any and all questions I had. Got my vehicle back in pristine condition. Fantastic experience! Brought in banged up brand new vehicle after getting t-boned and left unable to tell what had even been damaged. Nick kept us updated weekly throughout the process has parts were ordered, shipped, installed etc and thoughtfully explained the extent of damage and repairs when we picked up the vehicle.
