Dillion was absolutely amazing! He kept me updated the entire time. They did an amazing job fixing my car and made it easy to work with my insurance. I would highly recommend them!!
My right headlight on my 2020 Ram 2500 started to malfunction, then the driving lights quit a few days later, after I had body repair at Flagstaff Collision Center. I took off the bumper and front grille to see if I could see what made the lights quit. They broke several connector harnesses and broke several plastic pop-in clips which they didn't bother to replace. I brought my truck to the crew Flagstaff collision center to fix a previous repair that was done by a different shop fixed, and fixed right this time. It took some time to get everything worked out with insurance but Dillon and the rest of the crew at Flagstaff collision were on top of it the whole time and working hard on my behalf to get everything squared away and taken care of properly. I went through insurance so I can't speak to their pricing but I was very happy with the end result and the service.
Had a great experience working with Greg Dougherty and the collision center! He was very professional, kind, friendly, helpful with any and all questions, and is great to talk with even if you're not great with car details. Highly recommend to others.
