PURE ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE WITH THIS SERVICE DEPT. !! If there was a MINUS 5 stars, that would be the rating for this place. They are unable to diagnose the issue with my CT5 and initially ended up installing the wrong part. They were not honest about their capabilities and even though they are a GM dealer, they clearly do not have a certified Cadillac mechanic and obviously lack the expertise to work on these types of vehicles.
