Worst service dept. I ever had to deal with, I had my truck towed in from an item that was hit in the freeway and had to get a new rear axel and skid plate this installed this was Nov 18th. I live in Vail, Az so had to find a ride home. Took a month for them to get the parts and called me saying it was done, 4 hour bus ride there I pick it up and they didn't install the skid plate (it was never ordered). I dropped off my vehicle (2019 Chevy Equinox) to get an oil change and multi point inspection (both were due according ot the Chevy app when i made the appointment). I drop the vehicle off at 11am and tell them I have to go back to work and for them to call me when my vehicle is ready. I don't hear anything from them until I call them around 2:30pm (so 3.5 hours later) and they tell me "oh, your car's been ready for a while, I called you a couple times in the waiting room but you never came back" even after I told them I was... read more
Not sure why a simple oil change takes 2 hours but for the 3rd time in a row it did. Car was brought in at 745 for an 800 appointment for only an oil change. Was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. Finally at 930 the car wash technician saw me and said my car was washed and had been ready for 45 minutes. When I asked the service advisor why I had not been notified since I was waiting in the showroom, he said he didn't know why I hadn't been called. Also $95 for an oil change?? Get real. I use to bring both my cars here for oil change and service. They are so busy now I can't even get anyone to answer the phone to make an apointment.
We were traveling with our camper to the Grand Canyon when our 4WD light came on. Called Mon spoke with Zoe in Service she got us in first thing Tues morning, she put us first as we were only here a few days..The truck is fixed and all good to go. Can't thank Flagstaff Chevrolet enough, they saved our vacation.
