I purchased a vehicle there around two years ago, while it had its own issues, it’s a used vehicle so that was to be expected. However, my car was totaled months before my two year anniversary with it (this happened in September) and i had purchased GAP insurance with it, ended up not needing to use my gap insurance because my insurance fully covered it my car. Flagstaff buick gmc worst place to purchase a vehicle. I've traded in vehicle 8 weeks ago and it has Not been paid off. Now I'm constantly getting phone calls from the bank for no payment. Business office never answers my call. So frustrating. No one will NOT answer my phone call or return my phone call.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! I am a local resident and purchase a Denali from them. NEVER AGAIN!! It is 2 1/2 months since we purchased the vehicle and still do not have the license plates. I went to alot of dealerships to help me here in Flagstaff to get out of this truck I had Toyota,Ford,Hyundai,Dodge and Kia they all couldn't get me out of this truck I was in.
