upon arriving at 9:15 for a 9:45 appointment, I was given a clipboard and pen to fill out multiple pages of information. I asked multiple people at the circular desk station for a schedule of fees. Not one person had any clue. I was finally seen at 11:45 (9:45 appt.). The young person seeing me looked at my knee, and spent about 15 minutes inthe room before telling me we needed to have imaging done before going farther. I have a say that these people are absolutely amazing I have been in a lot of surgery centers and this was without a doubt the best experience I ever had. The people working there are a incredible team right from the receptionist all the way to the discharge nurses. They definitely like their jobs, everyone was happy, friendly, and upbeat. They went out of their way to explain exactly what they were doing and what I should expect from my surgery. My doctor DR. Flint did an awesome job on my hand.
