I'm a Coconino boy and I love my bike. The team at the shop is a happy group. They understand service and customer care. They are sincere people. They have been very helpful to me even tho I am not a new bike purchaser. They had 25mm bar shims, which was super useful. And I needed a 4mm head spacer. They found a used spacer and offered it for free. I'm scheduled for a tune-up now and a bike fit analysis soon. Flag Bike Rev is a local shop that deserves good patronage. Go visit 😁
Rented a sweet Ibis full suspension mountain bike and so appreciate the attention to detail and customer service. I will definitely be back.
We drove up to get some mountain biking in and both my son and I had our bike chains break minutes into our ride. James and his team dropped everything and got to work fixing our bikes and taking care of us. It totally saved our weekend and I’m floored that they would be so willing to accommodate us with no notice. Truly amazing and unexpectedly awesome service!
