I am the manager of Verde Valley Bicycle Company in Cottonwood, AZ and I needed a derailleur hanger for a Giant mountain bike. The kid who owns it needed it quick for his mountain bike club. Rando helped me out finding the proper hanger through their resources with Giant, as they sell the Giant brand, and was able to get us the hanger super quick. This shop is very professional and has everything a biker needs. The staff are attentive and friendly. Although we didn't find a bike within our budget, they enthusiastically guided us to other places that would be more suitable for students. I hope to visit the shop again soon. Highly recommended!
Great bike shop very professional and welcoming to everyone very friendly they're not pushy like absolute.
I went to the shop, had my little girls bike with some issues. They were honestly too busy to help today but instead of very easily telling me to come back at a later time they went above and beyond to get her bike fixed asap. Impressed and thankful!
