My child and my mom go here for one-on-one training, each does different workouts with their trainer. Staff is friendly, facilities are always clean, and surrounded by beautiful scenery to make your workout peaceful. They offer so many different options. You'll never say, "I can't find anything to do here" cause they're is always something to do
This place is awesome. I am traveling so i bought a day pass, which was $20. I used the weight room, pool, and sauna. It is a little bit dated but it has everything you need.

Don’t join if you are looking to use the basketball courts. They have volleyball leagues on the courts almost everyday of the week, I was told until March. The way they justified this was I told that the volleyball league pays to reserve them, despite as a member you pay to use them as well. Other than a sorry and prorated dues for December they made no effort to make it right, even with circumstances changing (ex: courts never available). The instructors possess in-depth knowledge within their areas of expertise. Furthermore. they update their skills and motivate me to dig deep to improve my balance and strength both physically and emotionally with the appropriate demeanor and music. I love FAC East.
