My daughter went to her second day of group classes (age 3-5) and actively was drowning in the pool today. The teacher did not notice her at all even though it was a small group class with 4 kids. We had to jump up out of our chair and run to her yelling before the teacher realized what was happening. She pulled her out and my daughter was coughing and crying. I’m not sure how to communicate with someone who can actually make a change at either location so I figured writing a review might get someone’s attention… I have tried bringing my concerns to a manager who tells me they’ll talk to someone/facilities/etc and then nothing changes unfortunately. What finally pushed me to write this was a horrible smelling shampoo dispenser in the showers that was filled with mold (see picture).
