Devoted staff administration parents students ... every one involved cares about the result... thank you FALA!!!!
Great school, very impressed with how proactive they are in helping students achieve and do their best. My child is currently in 6th grade. Happy I chose the right school!
Fala is that rare school that nurtures every single student in its care. The staff knows all of the students by name and everyone is included. The idea that it’s “just an art school” or that it’s a “druggie school” is base and laughable. The academics are rigorous and the love and respect for one another is real.
There were good things and bad things about this school. The worst thing though, too many drugs. There are signs that say, “drug free campus,” but that’s laughable. If you want your child to become a pothead send them here. They won’t disappoint. Most of the teachers/staff are nice. There were a couple of teachers/staff I was not fond of but I won’t name names. It’s not a horrible school but they really do need to get the drug problem under control.
LOVE FALA AND THANK YOU ELI COHEN FOR HELPING TO MAKE FALA HREAT AGAIN!!!!

For this reason, I am very saddened to hear that a small group of teachers and parents have essentially forced the resignation of Larry Wallen. At a time when there is a budget shortfall, largely due to the actions of past administrations, and when an accreditation review is coming up next ... read more
The current administration at FALA is top notch. They dedicate their lives and "free time" to make FALA a safe and inspiring school. Some past reviews had negativity during different administrations and I think FALA is only getting better from here on out. My child is thriving here, and I wish I had had such a nurturing and creative school to attend when I was in high school. The teachers are also brilliant and dedicated. I highly recommend FALA and am so grateful that we have this unique choice in Flagstaff.
I have been a FALA parent for 8 years and love this school! FALA taught my daughter to be an independent thinker and successfully transitioned her to UofA and gave her a strong base to become a double Major (Physics/Astronomy) and Math minor. FALA is not only for artistic kids! The great thing is that dancing is her coping mechanism and how she relieves stress. (thank you FALA dance teachers) I have another daughter who is half way through FALA now and loves it there as well. I can't wait to see where FALA will inspire her t... read more
