I had a very disappointing experience at this practice. From the start, I was made to feel talked down to and treated as though I didn’t know how to look after myself. The hygienist was extremely rough during the cleaning, and even though I told him several times that he was hurting me, he continued the same way. To make things worse, he actually asked me whether I brush my teeth every day – which I found insulting and unprofessional. The overall attitude was pushy, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable. I will admit I was a bit apprehensive about going to the dentist in the beginning however my first appointment went so wonderfully well the staff are absolutely wonderful, they make you feel so at ease and very comfortable. During my procedure I was always informed of what was happening and always asked how I was doing and just really reassured and the procedure itself went very smoothly I was very surprised how well it went, I would without a doubt recommend visiting Flagsmile for any dental queries they’re fantastic
