Had an issue with a bad motor on my power bimini top. Appeared to me to be faulty assembly at the bimini manufacturer. Bimini manufacturer claimed it was out of warranty. Jody and the Flagship team went above and beyond and provided a new motor assembly at no cost. Installer it and top works perfectly, better than when new. Thank you Flagship.
My wife and I purchased our 2023, in March of 2024. Very happy about the delivery and service. The summer of 2024 while tied up at our slip and massive storm came up and one evening and some damage was done to part of the door frame, bending it to the point of poping some of the rivites. This spring with repairs coming up we removed the part to see if we could bend it back to shape only to find it was not going to work. I purchased a new 22’ Flagship pontoon last spring. The boat and customer service has been absolutely amazing. Having been in the service industry my entire career, I can honestly say, in my opinion, you will not find quicker or better responses to any concerns you may have anywhere. Best feature for my family is the way the back gates/walls open up. Kids and dogs love launching off the back ( while stationary of course ).
