Edit to the name in my previous review: it is Umer at Flagship Motors not Flagstaff.
We purchased a F-150 truck from Umer at Flagstaff Motors on Dec. 1, 2024. Paid cash for 1/2 of agreed total price. Went back on Dec. 4, 2024 and paid the remaining 1/2 of this truck and picked up the truck. Total cash out of our pocket was over $10,000. Today is March 30, 2025 almost 4 months from purchase. Still no license plates and NO Title as of this time. We have been lied to time after time about when we will receive our license plates and Title. This business probably should be shut down.
