The rooms are very clean and comfortable
Budget friendly they had a very good breakfast included in the price. There was a variety to choose from including waffles, scrambled eggs, bagels, cereal,fresh coffee, and juice. They made a very pricey tourist town affordable and very enjoyable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Located just minutes to down town Booth Bay Harbor and several areas amenities. Pet friendly! We will be staying here again.

TV didn't work in the room and hotel was convenient to boothbay harbor
Our tv would not work. I called the number on the website and was told a manager would call me back. An hour later I called again and was told she was trying to get ahold of the manager. No one ever called, so we had no tv! When I went to check out the next morning, I told whoever was at the front desk and he said I called the wrong number, I should call the number on the business card.
