Highly disappointed at the ethics of this company. Clearly lying about horrendous weather conditions to avoid cancelling the cruise and refunding the client. Be careful!
WARNING!!!! The case is now with the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal!! 14 months later I am still trying to recover the FULL 100% charter fee & food costs (that was never served nor eaten!!?!!) and all he additional costs since the charter was CANCELLED! Stay away from this very dishonest company!!! They lied about the weather outlook!! They lied about there being no severe weather warnings!!! I invite all guests affected that terrible day to leave a review of the shocking experience.
SHOCKING!!! run for your lives!!!! Expected us to go out during a "Once in 100-year" storm!!! We (19 on a small boat) refused and they still have not refunded a cent! It was an "official natural disaster" as per the NSW & Australian Governments!!! They took ALL the money and still no refund.......
Everyone who braved the wet weather had an amazing time. I would like to thank your company for your professionalism and everything you did to cater to our needs. Participants couldn't fault the night. Special mention to the entertainment (guitar soloist) as she had an amazing voice. I cannot speak highly enough of your company and if there is another function at a later date, we will be in contact again.
** FALSE ADVERTISING ALERT ** I do not recommend using this company. We paid $3000 for the Neptune and the photos displayed on Flagship Cruises website did not represent the actual boat. They added extra chairs and seat covers in their photos. We turned up and the boat had tears in the seats and the seats advertised on their website were not on the boat.
