I've been going to this car wash since it was opened as the train station car wash. Ever since FLAGSHIP purchased the facility, my car and especially my wheels NEVER get properly cleaned. Additionally, the electronic check in and check out process NEVER works properly without manual intervention, and there is a really language barrier. The place is a rip off and does not do a good job on your car.

Great experience for a fair price. Just visited for my first time yesterday and I was blown away by the facilities, price point, and length and thoroughness of the car wash machine itself.

I went for a wash #2 and inside cleaning level A. I paid $31 and tipped $10 before realizing that the interior was still dirty. the back of the seats still had my kids' shoe marks, sand was still all over the seat, and generally looked like all that happened was a light vacuuming. The roof of my car was still covered in dirt. I had to clean the inside of my car after shelling out $41. Never again.
I was recently visiting the area after traveling over the holidays, my car was a complete disaster. I was so happy with the outcome. The staff and the manager were great to work with. I have had managers check in at a restaurant before, but never at a car wash. The entire team seemed happy to be able to work there, and with each other. Such a positive experience. I am in awe at how clean by car was. Meant to review previously however now I have the time. Be safe and when I visit again I will be sure to stop by.
