I've only had excellent experiences here and I usually get washed every 2 weeks. Sometimes there's a wait while other cars get their interiors done but today my car was pulled to the side and personally serviced by Raekwon. He did an excellent job and was very pleasant. Unfortunately I didn't have any cash to tip him with. 5 stars for him!
My minivan was SO in need of someTLC. The guys at Flagship were very friendly and took my car through the wash making sure to even clean the third row. I also had misplaced my key FOB before arriving and a whole team of employees searched my car for it until we located it under the second row seat. What a moment of gratitude I had for their flexibility and kindness. Thanks to the team for making my day!
Went for full service. They lost one of my inside rubber mats. Big item. Hard to do, but ok. When I inquired, the first two employees just ran away from me. Third one yelled to get my car out of the lane. Frustrating. I also asked them before the inside vacuum to vacuum around kid’s car seat — none of it was done. I vacuumed myself after.
