I miss when they had the teams of Central Americans working, they were so fast and never missed a spot, it was like watching a symphony, everyone knew their part, place, and rhythm. Today I was shocked to see a new labor force working there, it was a disjointed, lackluster, and embarrassing performance. They had to send my car through twice. Once “finished” they informed me that I would have to get a detailing service to accomplish what was promised of the flagship $44 wash I purchased. win some and loose some I suppose lol

Update: The same day I posted the review below, the Flagship manager called me and apologized for my experience. He acknowledged that the situation was poorly handled and asked if I would be willing to come back for a complimentary interior/exterior detail. I took our minivan in yesterday, and Johanne did a remarkable job with a vehicle that has been used hard by our family of six for the past 5 years. Beware of damage to vehicle and rude staff. I came to have salt and dirt washed off my minivan after a road trip, and left with a damaged vehicle and a very low opinion of Flagship. The blowers at the end of the drive-thru wash ripped two pieces of trim off my roof. The workers at the end told me this is not uncommon, and they asked me to pull aside while they called a manager to write up an incident report. I have been a member for about two years now’s. Typically I go to the location on padonia. But I was on York road I figured I’d hit this location up. After my wife’s suv was vacuumed and we drive away it smelled like weed. The employees who cleaned the inside must of baked the truck. It smelled like weed the next day as well. I can’t believe employees are smoking weed while at work and operating customers cars. The York road compared to padonia road is Temu compared to Amazon. Couldn't even get an appointment. They do not have local phone numbers on their website, so I called the main line three days in a row and was never connected to an agent after being on hold for 20 minutes each time. I used the “live chat” function too, and when I was finally connected with an agent, they took my contact information and said someone would get back to me. They never did.
