Well, this is my first and last time using Flagship. I stopped in today and asked for the $36.00 car wash and watched the young man tap the $36 choice and then tell me he could NOT give me a receipt. Buyer beware when I got home that night I found out I had been charged $44.00. And the car wash was DEFINITELY NOT worth it. My car still has plenty of dirt left on it.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! They take you as a joke. You pay 44 damn $ for them to half ass wipe your car. Your better off doing it yourself
I am a monthly member and pay for my membership every month. Several times, after scanning my car at the entrance, I have found that the car wash entrance was blocked and the wash was not operating. The employees are often busy on their phones and do not inform customers that the car wash is closed or unavailable. I continue to pay my monthly membership, but I have been unable to use the service on multiple occasions. Please address this issue and provide better customer service.
It was trash. They never fully clean my rims so I cancelled my membership. I'm washing my car myself from now on. I can do a better job
