I just got a car wash at Flagship on York Road and paid $44 for the wash. It was around 7 p.m., and the employees were standing around and clearly not very interested in doing much of a job. Fine — I could live with that. What I cannot live with is having something taken from my car. Immediately before arriving, I had purchased nicotine and put it, along with my change, in the center console. Haven’t been here in a while hoping they had gotten better customer service. They have actually gotten worse. They didn’t clean the trunk or the third row and the interior is barely wiped down in most areas. When I asked for a manager they stated they don’t have one and the employee then argued about paying extra. Never go to any of their locations. Equally terrible service and even worse customer service. Pictures posted are AFTER they wiped down

I paid nearly $50 for an interior and exterior cleaning and both were hardly cleaned. When I pointed out large black spots to the manager he said they were scuffs to the paint. I asked them for a rag and easily wiped off all the marks on the interior and exterior I had just pointed out in front of them. I then spent around 15 minutes cleaning up after their work until I finally decided to request a refund since the woman behind me had nearly the same experience with same poor quality cleaning.
