They did a good job with my car. I had a good experience there. No complaints and happy with the result!
The auto service at Auto SPA is exceptional. I’m particularly impressed with Mr. Yunas’s lead. He takes great care of my car’s cleanliness, which is a valuable asset to the service. Kudos to him!
Eli the General Manager is absolutely amazing and hospitable! I brought my car in for a full-service wash and was genuinely impressed. The staff were friendly, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. My car came out spotless, inside and out — even the hard-to-reach areas were cleaned thoroughly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the quick turnaround time. Prices are fair for the quality of service you get.
Went to Flagship in Cockeysville for first time since they took it over. Will NEVER go back. Looked like a 5 year old did my interior. Dashboard, cup holders and console not cleaned- vacuum job totally unacceptable. Because I was on my lunch break I opted not to take the car back and was in total disbelief. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BS OPERATION!
